Resolution No. 141/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 4 March 2019

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the WSE Main List of series A1 bearer ordinary shares of the company MCI CAPITAL S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 66,964 series A1 bearer ordinary shares of the company MCI CAPITAL S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 36, §37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and §3a.1, §3a.2 and § 3a.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 7 March 2019 to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company MCI CAPITAL S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series A1 shares and their coding as “PLMCIMG00012” by the National Depository for Securities on 7 March 2019.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
