Resolution No. 488/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 6 June 2019

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List
of series B and C bearer ordinary shares of the company BOOMBIT S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 10 June 2019 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the following  bearer ordinary shares of the company BOOMBIT S.A. a par value PLN 0.50 each:

a) 6,000,000 series B shares, coded as “PLBMBIT00010” by the National Depository for Securities,
b) 1,300,000 series C shares, provided that they are registered and coded as “PLBMBIT00010” by the National Depository for Securities on 10 June 2019;

2) to list the shares of the company BOOMBIT S.A., mentioned in point 1, in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „BOOMBIT” and the code „BBT”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
