Resolution No. 723/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 18 July 2019

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the WSE Main List of series J bearer ordinary shares of the company MIRBUD S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1 of the WSE Rules, 2.873.947 series J bearer ordinary shares of the company MIRBUD S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the parallel market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, in connection with § 3a.1, § 3a.2 and § 3a.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 24 July 2019 to exchange trading on the parallel market the shares of the company MIRBUD S.A., mentioned in § 1, coded as “PLMRBUD00031” by the National Depository for Securities, conditional on their assimilation by the National Depository for Securities with the shares of the company listed on the exchange and coded as „PLMRBUD00015” on 24 July  2019.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
