Resolution No. 744/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 26 July 2019

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List
of series A, B, C, D, E and F bearer ordinary shares of the company ULTIMATE GAMES S.A.

§ 1

1. Pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 30 July 2019 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the following bearer ordinary shares of the company ULTIMATE GAMES S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each:
a) 800.000 series A shares,
b) 200.000 series B shares,
c) 500.000 series C shares,
d) 2.500.000 series D shares,
e) 1.000.000 series E shares,
f) 230.000 series F shares
- coded as “PLULTGM00013” by the National Depository for Securities;

2) to list the shares of the company ULTIMATE GAMES S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „ULTGAMES” and the code „ULG”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
