The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on August 29, 2019, there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80, sWIG80TR, WIG and WIG-Poland indices and shares of PFLEIDER company (ISIN PLZPW0000017) will be removed from their portfolios.

PFLEIDER company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on August 29, 2019 SERINUS company (ISIN JE00BF4N9R98) with 78,629,000  shares will supplement sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
