Communiqué
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 30 August 2019

The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby announces that following the registration by the competent court of the split of CENTRALNY DOM MAKLERSKI PEKAO S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the “Exchange Member”) by means of the take-over by BANK POLSKA KASA OPIEKI S.A. of an organised part of its enterprise used to carry out brokerage activities and the deletion of the Exchange Member from the National Court Register (hereinafter the “Split”), BANK POLSKA KASA OPIEKI S.A. has taken over the organised part of the enterprise of CENTRALNY DOM MAKLERSKI PEKAO S.A. used to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Consequently, following the registration of the Split of the Exchange Member by the competent court, CENTRALNY DOM MAKLERSKI PEKAO S.A. has discontinued its activities on the exchange as an exchange member and as a Market Member of the alternative trading system.

BANK POLSKA KASA OPIEKI S.A. will continue the brokerage activities previously carried out by CENTRALNY DOM MAKLERSKI PEKAO S.A., in particular the activities carried out on the exchange as an exchange member.
