The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007 and  no. 472/2012, as amended, there will be an extraordinary adjustment following the trading session on September 30, 2019 and companies will be removed from the GPW indices according to the below table:

Additionally following the trading session on September 30, 2019:

  • 14,996,000 shares of CLNPHARMA company (ISIN PLCLNPH00015) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices; CLNPHARMA will be removed from sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
  • 9,459,000  shares of EKOEXPORT company (ISIN PLEKEP000019) will supplement sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.

The above mentioned companies no longer meet criteria of the GPW indices, because they were put on the Alert List segment and/or Lower Liquidity Space.
