Resolution No. 994/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 20 September 2019

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the WSE Main List of bearer ordinary shares of the company MBANK S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 11.455 bearer ordinary shares of the company MBANK S.A. a par value PLN 4 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and §3a.1, §3a.2 and § 3a.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 24 September 2019 to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company MBANK S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the shares and their coding as “PLBRE0000012” by the National Depository for Securities on 24 September 2019.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
