Resolution No. 459/2020
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 24 June 2020
 
concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main Market of structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V. 
 
 
§ 1
 
Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules and Division V § 1.1 and § 2.1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system, the Exchange Management Board resolves:
1) to introduce as of 25 June 2020 to exchange trading in the parallel market structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V. in 15 series of certificates referred to in the Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number no higher than number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column “Issue Volume”, registered by the National Depository for Securities under the code as indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;
2) to list the structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V., mentioned in point 1) above, in the market maker system under the abbreviated name as  indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;
3) to list the structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V., mentioned in point 1) above, in leveraged structured instruments segment, (Segment A instruments).
 
§ 2
 
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
