Resolution No. 963/2020
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 10 December 2020

concerning the change of the number of shares per contract
for futures contracts on the shares of the company ENEA S.A.

§ 1

1. Pursuant to § 20.5 of the Exchange Articles of Association, in accordance with the standard specification for the single-stock futures contract scheme laid down in Resolution No. 978/2007 of the Exchange Management Board dated 3 December 2007 (as amended) and in accordance with Trading Rules for a Scheme of Stock Futures Contracts dated 16 June 2008 (as amended) approved by the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority dated 10 July 2008, the Exchange Management Board resolves to change the number of shares per contract for futures contracts on the shares of the company ENEA S.A.:
- from 100 shares to 1,000 shares.

2. The change referred to in sub-paragraph 1 will apply only to series of futures contracts on the shares of the company ENEA S.A. to be introduced to the exchange trading as of 21 December 2020.

§ 2

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of adoption.
