of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

on the revocation of the right to operate
on the exchange of CREDIT SUISSE SECURITIES (EUROPE) LIMITED
with its registered office in London

§ 1

Pursuant to § 75.1 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board acting at the request CREDIT SUISSE SECURITIES (EUROPE) LIMITED with its registered office in London (admitted to operate on the Exchange as CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON (EUROPE) LIMITED) resolves to revoke the Resolution No. 24/1091/2005 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board dated 20 July 2005 concerning the admission to operate on the Exchange of the company CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON (EUROPE) LIMITED as an exchange member – on 1 January 2021.

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
