Resolution No. 1071/2020
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 31 December 2020

concerning the admission to exchange trading on the GPW Main List of series A ordinary shares of
the company PHOTON ENERGY N.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam

§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1-2 and § 3.6, § 3a.1-2, § 5 and § 8.1-2 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the parallel market as of 5 January 2021 the 60,000,000 series A ordinary shares of the company PHOTON ENERGY N.V., a par value EUR 0.01 each.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
