Resolution No. 83/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 1 February 2021
concerning the admission to exchange trading on the GPW Main Market
of structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3a.1, § 3a.2, § 5 and § 8.1 and § 8.2 of the WSE Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit as of 2 February 2021 to exchange trading on the parallel market structured certificates issued by ING BANK N.V. in 12 series of certificates referred to in Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number not higher than the number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column “Issue Volume”.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
