Resolution No. 129/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

concerning the admission to exchange trading on the WSE Main List
of ordinary shares of the company HUUUGE, INC.
with its registered office in Dover (United States of America)
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1-2 and § 3.5-6, § 3a.1-2, § 5 and § 8.1-2 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the main market 84,246,695 ordinary shares of the company HUUUGE, INC., a par value USD 0,00002 each.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
