Resolution No. 181/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 24 February 2021

concerning the admission to exchange trading on the GPW Main List of series A, B, C and D bearer ordinary shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A. in connection with the change of the market

§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6, § 3a.1 and 2, § 5, § 8.1 and 2 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market as of 26 February 2021 the following series of bearer ordinary shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A., a par value PLN 0.05 each:
1)    14,671,000 series A shares,
2)    367,000 series B shares,
3)    311,000 series C shares,
4)    1,841,000 series D shares.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
