Resolution No. 182/2021
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 24 February 2021

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List
of series A, B, C and D bearer ordinary shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A.
in connection with the change of the market

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 26 February 2021 to exchange trading on the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A., a par value PLN 0.05 each:
a) 14,671,000 series A shares, coded as “PLANSWR00019” by the National Depository for Securities,
b) 367,000 series B shares, coded as “PLANSWR00019” by the National Depository for Securities,
c) 311,000 series C shares, coded as “PLANSWR00019” by the National Depository for Securities,
d) 1,841,000 series D shares; provided that they are registered and coded as “PLANSWR00019” by the National Depository for Securities

2)    to list the shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „ANSWEAR” and the code „ANR”.

§ 2

The last day of trading in shares of the company ANSWEAR.COM S.A., mentioned in § 1 above, on the parallel market is 25 February 2021.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
