Resolution No. 259/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 11 March 2021
concerning the admission to exchange trading on the GPW Main Market of structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1 and § 3a.1 and § 3a.2, § 5, § 8.1 and § 8.2 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the parallel market structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG in 1 series of certificates referred to in Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number not higher than the number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column “Issue Volume”.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
