of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 17 March 2021

the suspension and the exclusion from exchange trading on the GPW Main List of
structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG

§ 1

After considering the applications for suspension of structured certificates and for delisting of structured certificates referred to in Exhibit to this Resolution issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG, pursuant to § 30.1.1) and § 31.2.3) of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves:

1) to suspend from exchange trading the abovementioned certificates as of 8 April 2021,

2) to exclude from exchange trading the abovementioned certificates as of 9 April 2021.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 110.10-12 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1) broker’s orders for the structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG, mentioned in § 1 above, that have been submitted to the exchange but remained unexecuted until the end of the day 7 April 2021 shall be cancelled after the end of trading on that day,

2) broker’s orders for the structured certificates, mentioned in § 1 above, issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG shall not be accepted from the date of suspension.

§ 3

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
