Resolution No. 325/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 25 March 2021

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List of
structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, and Division V § 1.1 and § 2.1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves:

1) to introduce as of 26 March 2021 to exchange trading in the parallel market structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG in 50 series of certificates referred to in the Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number no higher than number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column “Issue Volume”, registered by the National Depository for Securities under the code as indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;

2) to list the structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG, mentioned in point 1) above, in the market maker system under the abbreviated name as  indicated in the Exhibit to this Resolution;

3) to list the structured certificates issued by RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK AG, mentioned in point 1) above, in non-leveraged structured instruments segment, (Segment B instruments).

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
