The Exchange Rules (COMMUNIQUÉ)

COMMUNIQUÉ
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

The Exchange Management Board hereby announces that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved the amendment of the Exchange Rules adopted in Resolution No. 14/1835/2021 of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 29 March 2021 amending the Exchange Rules.

The amendment of the Exchange Rules modifies the provisions of the Exchange Rules governing disclosure information obligations of listed companies regarding their compliance with the corporate governance rules adopted in Resolution No. 13/1834/2021 of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 29 March 2021 adopting the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021. According to the Resolution, the new code of corporate governance, i.e., the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021, will come into force on 1 July 2021.

The amendment to the Exchange Rules will come into force on 1 July 2021.
