The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board would like to announce that trading in the shares of Banco Santander S.A., with dividend rights, will take place in accordance with the following timetable: 

Dividend record date: 1 November 2021
Last trading date (with dividend rights): 27 October 2021
Dividend payment date: 2 November 2021
The amount of dividend per share: EUR 0.0485

Consequently, due to the fact that 1 November 2021 is a bank holiday in Poland, in which there is no trading session, the last trading date (with dividend rights) on the Main Market of the WSE will occur one session day earlier than stated in the current report No. 41/2021 published by the Issuer on 28 September 2021.
