of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 
of 10 June 2022

In connection with the Resolution No 505/2022 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 1 June 2022, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notifies that in accordance with the completion of the share merger operation, the trading in shares of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE quoted under an abbreviated name “IFSA” and a ticker “IFR”, will be re-opened as of 13 June 2022. 

After the restoration of trading, the shares of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE in the number of 4.250.000  will be quoted under new ISIN code – EE3100099391.
