of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby announces, that following the merger of shares, as of 5 April 2024, 5.005.324 of shares of the company INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE, listed under the abbreviated name „IFCAPITAL” and the code „IFC” will be marked with the new ISIN code - EE3100149154.

At the same time the Warsaw Stock Exchange notes, that trading in shares of the company INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE remains suspended pursuant to Resolution No. 985/2023 of the WSE Management Board of 20 September 2023 and Resolution No. 407/2024 of the WSE Management Board of 26 March 2024 r.
