The Warsaw Stock Exchange, in accordance with § 131b Section 4 Chapter 13 Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system, hereby announces, that taking under consideration the terms of dividend payment of the company MURAPOL S.A. adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting on 30 April 2024, actions described in  Section 4 Chapter 13 Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system will not be executed.

In accordance with the current report no. 18/2024 published by MURAPOL S.A. on 30 April 2024:

• the dividend record date is 6 May 2024,
• the dividend payment date is 8 May 2024,
• the dividend value per share is PLN 1,97.
