ALERT LIST (Communiqué)

of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
of 27 March 2025

Pursuant to the Resolution No 1069/2019 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 10 October 2019 (as amended) concerning the regulated market segment ALERT LIST, the Warsaw Stock Exchange has reviewed and classified stock issuers’ shares to the ALERT LIST segment.

Shares of 3 issuers have been classified to the ALERT LIST segment.

The list of issuers  whose shares have been classified to the ALERT LIST segment with the indication of the number of subsequent classifications are enclosed as an annex to this Communiqué.

Pursuant to § 3 para. 1 point 2) of the Resolution No 1069/2019 the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 10 October 2019 (as amended), the shares of companies classified to the ALERT LIST segment are listed in the single-price auction system with a double fixing of the single price (on each trading day), provided that in accordance with § 5 of the abovementioned Resolution, shares of issuers classified to the ALERT LIST segment for at least the sixth consecutive time are listed in the single-price auction system with a single fixing of the single price (on the selected session day, in accordance with § 5 para. 1 point 7 and para. 7 Section IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP System).

The change of trading system resulting from the classification of the shares of REDAN S.A. to the ALERT LIST segment will come into force as of trading session on 1 April  2025.

Communiqué with the annex, as well as the full text of the Resolution on the ALERT LIST mentioned in the Communiqué hereof, shall be available on the Warsaw Stock Exchange website.
