Cinema City debuted on the WSE

On the trading session on December 8, 2006, Cinema City International N.V. debuted on the main market of the WSE. 50,724,000 shares were introduced to trading. This was the 30th new listing on the WSE trading floor in 2006 and the 4th foreign one. Currently there are 276 companies listed on the WSE, including 10 foregin ones. The Company was qualified to “media” sector.

The celebration of the Company debut was in unusual course. The Company arranged a spectacular cinema room with the premier film show. The guests could feel the atmosphere of a cinema – with the box office, tickets, popcorn buckets and ushers. Everyone could admire not only the show, but also the stands with the trailers and films commercials, which is the tipical cinema’s entourage.

In the event inaugurating the first day of trading of Cinema City International N.V. on the WSE trading floor, the Company was represented by:

Welcoming this year’s 30th debuting company Ludwik Sobolewski, WSE President emphasized the role of CAIB – the Global Co-ordinator and Manager of the Offer, in the IPO process of Cinema City.
I was always convinced that the regional centre May be created only where, where the powerful investment firms are present. Therefore I cordially welcome also the representatives of CA IB and congratulate on this wonderful success. – Mr Sobolewski said.

President of Cinema City International Moshe J. Greidinger said: When we opened our first undertaking in Poland 6 years ago – Sadyba Best Mall complex – I became convinced that we were doomed to success. During the following years Poland became our main and the largest market. We have got over 200 screens, and we intend to build 100 more. Being listed at the WSE is a natural step for us.

Company’s basic information
Cinema City International N.V. is a joint-stock company – created and acted based on Dutch law.
The Company was established in 1994 as the limited company dunder previous name International Cinema B.V. The conversion into joint-stock company and the name change took place in 2004.

Cinema City is also the largest cinema operator in Israel, where it is one of the two largest cinema operators. The chain of Cinema City in Europe consists of 335 screens at 35 multiplex cinemas along with 7 theatres IMAX
located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria.

IPO results
Issue price: PLN 19.30
In the public offer 4,026 individual investors purchased 1,600,000 shares with 95.65% reduction rate, 38 institutional investors purchased 16,414,004 shares.

The only shareholder of the Company, with not least than 5% of the voting rights on the GA is I.T. International Theatres Ltd. which has in total 32,709,996 shares, which makes up 64.5% of share capital.
