Introduction to exchange trading of the shares of the company PTA GRUPP AS

Resolution No. 525/2007
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 19 July 2007

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the main market
shares of the company PTA GRUPP AS

§ 1

Pursuant to Resolution No. 521/2007 of the WSE Management Board dated 18 July 2007 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.2 Chapter 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 23 July 2007 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market 37,947,198 shares of the company PTA GRUPP AS seated in Tallinn (Estonia), a par value EEK 10 each, coded as “EE3100001751” by the National Depository for Securities,

2) to determine the date of the first trading session of the shares of the company PTA GRUPP AS mentioned in point 1) above at 23 July 2007,

3) to list the shares of the company PTA GRUPP AS in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name “PTAGRUPP” and the code “PTA”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
