Resolution No. 550/2008
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 8 July 2008

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG
and concerning the determination of the dynamic price variation limits and
the no-cancellation range for structured certificates issued by
Raiffeisen Centrobank AG admitted to exchange trading on the WSE Main Market


§ 1
Pursuant to Resolution No. 539/2008 of the WSE Management Board dated 3 July 2008, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, and Chapter 7 § 1.1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce to exchange trading in the parallel market by way of an ordinary procedure, as of 9 July:

1) 100.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A07903" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCKAOAOPEN";
2) 100.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A07911" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCCOFAOPEN";
3) 100.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A07937" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCSUGAOPEN";
4) 50.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A07SD6" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCSCRAOPEN";
5) 20.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A07NK2" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCCRUA1210";
6) 100.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A08Y21" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCBIEAOPEN";
7) 100.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000A08Y39" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCFODAOPEN";
8) 1.000.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000467071" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCNDXAOPEN";
9) 1.000.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000489380" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCSILAOPEN";
10) 1.000.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000489406" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCNMBAOPEN";
11) 1.000.000 structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, coded by the National Depository for Securities as "AT0000454269" and to list the structured certificates in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "RCNIKAOPEN";

§ 2
Pursuant to § 22.1 of Chapter 6 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board determines the following no-cancellation range mentioned in § 113.1(2) of the WSE Rules for structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG:



§ 3

Pursuant to § 17 of Chapter 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board determines the following dynamic price variation limits for structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG:



§ 4
This Resolution shall come into force on the day of adoption.
