Admission and the introduction to exchange trading of the shares of the company MERCOR

Resolution No. 982/2008
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 30 December 2008

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series CC bearer ordinary shares of the company MERCOR S.A.

§ 1
The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 1,423,503 series CC bearer ordinary shares of the company MERCOR S.A. a par value PLN 0,25 each are admitted to exchange trading in the main market.

§ 2
Pursuant to § 38.1 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 6 January 2009 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the shares of the company MERCOR S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series CC and their coding as “PLMRCOR00016” by the National Depository for Securities on 6 January 2009.

§ 3
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
