Admission and the introduction to exchange trading of the shares of the company DECORA

Resolution No. 24/2009
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 15 January 2009

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series B bearer ordinary shares of the company DECORA S.A.

§ 1
The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 3,635 the series B bearer ordinary shares of the company DECORA S.A., a par value PLN 0,05 each, are admitted to exchange trading in the main market.

§ 2
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 19 January 2009 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the shares of the company DECORA S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 19 January 2009 of the shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange and their coding as “PLDECOR00013”.

§ 3
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
