of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), pursuant to the Resolution No. 502/2008 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of June 23, 2008 on Liquidity Support Programme, amended by the Resolution No. 648/2008 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of August 28, 2008, informs that on March 31, 2009 - 3 (three) issuers entered the Liquidity Support Programme:

- DECORA S.A.
- FOTA S.A.
- KOFOLA S.A.

As of March 31, 2009 there are 80 (eighty) members of the Liquidity Support Programme.

In accordance with § 5 of the Resolution No. 502/2008 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, the liquidity of WSE listed companies has been reviewed. Shares of 20 (twenty) issuers have been classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone.

The list of issuers classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone is enclosed as an annex to this Communique.
