Admission and the introduction to exchange trading of the shares of the company SNIEZKA

Resolution No. 420/2009
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 8 September 2009

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series C bearer ordinary shares of the company FABRYKA FARB I LAKIEROW „SNIEZKA” S.A.

§ 1
The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 334,584 the series C bearer ordinary shares of the company FABRYKA FARB I LAKIEROW „SNIEZKA” S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, coded as “PLSNZKA00058” by the National Depository for Securities are admitted to exchange trading in the main market.

§ 2
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 15 September 2009 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the shares of the company FABRYKA FARB I LAKIEROW „SNIEZKA” S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 15 September 2009 of the shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange.

§ 3
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
