Resolution No. 60/2011
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 13 January 2011
concerning the admission to exchange trading on the WSE Main List of series G bearer ordinary shares of the company ODLEWNIE POLSKIE S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5, § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the main market 8,148,882 series G bearer ordinary shares of the company ODLEWNIE POLSKIE S.A. a par value PLN 3 each.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
