Resolution No. 115/2011
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 25 January 2011

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series B bearer ordinary shares of the company EUROPEJSKIE CENTRUM ODSZKODOWAŃ S.A.

§ 1

1. Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 31 January 2011 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market 600,000 series B bearer ordinary shares of the company EUROPEJSKIE CENTRUM ODSZKODOWAŃ S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each.
2. The introduction to exchange trading of the shares mentioned in point 1. above is conditional on the registration of the series B shares and their coding as “PLERPCO00017” by the National Depository for Securities on 31 January 2011.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
