Resolution No. 608/2011
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 12 May 2011

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List of series G bearer ordinary shares of the company ODLEWNIE POLSKIE S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 1.1 of Chapter 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 16 May 2011 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market 8,148,882 series G bearer ordinary shares of the company ODLEWNIE POLSKIE S.A. a par value PLN 3 each conditional on the registration of those shares and their coding as “PLODLPL00013” by the National Depository for Securities on 16 May 2011.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
