Communiqué

The Warsaw Stock Exchange, based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 of January 16, 2007, as amended, informs that following the trading session on June 15, 2012, an extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80, WIG-Plus, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-construction indices will be conducted.
 

In the sWIG80 portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: HBPOLSKA (ISIN PLHDRWL00010);
- new company: MERCOR (ISIN PLMRCOR00016) with 10 068 000 shares;

In the WIG-Plus portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: MERCOR (ISIN PLMRCOR00016).

Additionally HBPOLSKA company will be removed from WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-construction indices.
HBPOLSKA company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's was marked in the specific manner.
