Resolution No. 793/2012
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 13 August 2012
concerning the suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company BELVEDERE S.A.

§ 1

1. In connection with the request of the company BELVEDERE S.A. concerning the suspension of trading in shares of that company, pursuant to § 30.1.1) of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to suspend trading in shares of the company BELVEDERE S.A. (coded as “FR0000060873”) on the 14 August 2012 to 20 August 2012.(included).
2. In the period of suspension of trading referred to in subparagraph 1, broker’s orders for shares of the company BELVEDERE S.A. may be accepted, cancelled and modified.

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
