Communiqué

The Warsaw Stock Exchange, based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007 and 427/2012, as amended, informs that following the trading session on January 7, 2013, an extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80, WIG-Plus, WIGdiv, WIG, WIG-CEE and WIG-IT indices will be conducted.
In the sWIG80 portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: ASSECOSLO (ISIN SK1120009230);
- new company: ZETKAMA (ISIN PLZTKMA00017) with 3,289,000 shares;

In the WIG-Plus portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: ZETKAMA (ISIN PLZTKMA00017);

In the WIGdiv portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: ASSECOSLO (ISIN SK1120009230);
- new company: NEUCA (ISIN PLTRFRM00018) with 1,968,000 shares;

Additionally ASSECOSLO company will be removed from WIG, WIG-CEE and WIG-IT indices.
ASSECOSLO company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.
