Communiqué

The Warsaw Stock Exchange, based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 and 651/2009, as amended, informs that following the trading session on April 18, 2013, an extraordinary adjustment of the mWIG40, sWIG80, WIG-Plus, WIGdiv, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-chemicals indices will be conducted.

In the mWIG40 portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: PULAWY (ISIN PLZAPUL00057), CEDC (ISIN US1534351028);
- new company: INTEGERPL (ISIN PLINTEG00011) with 3,414,000 shares and KOGENERA (PLKGNRC00015) with 7,450,000 shares;

In the sWIG80 portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: INTEGERPL (ISIN PLINTEG00011), KOGENERA (PLKGNRC00015);
- new company: AVIASG (ISIN LT0000128381) with 1,884,000 shares and MOSTALZAB (ISIN PLMSTZB00018) with 74,420,000 shares;

In the WIGdiv portfolio there will be following changes:
- removed company: PULAWY (ISIN PLZAPUL00057);
- new company: WAWEL (ISIN PLWAWEL00013) with 718,000 shares.

Additionally PULAWY company will be removed from WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-chemicals indices, CEDC company will be removed from WIG index and MOSTALZAB will be removed from WIG-Plus index.
PULAWY and CEDC companies no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because PULAWY free float is lower than 10% and CEDC was marked in a specific manner.
