Resolution No. 473/2013
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 8 May 2013

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in
the WSE Main List of series A and B bearer ordinary shares of the
company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, following bearer ordinary shares of the company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A. a par value PLN 2 each:
1) 14,340 series A, coded as “PLHDRTR00039” by the National Depository for Securities;
2) 27,400 series B, coded as “PLHDRTR00039” by the National Depository for Securities
- are admitted to exchange trading in the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 15 May 2013 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the shares of the company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 15 May 2013 of the shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange, coded as “PLHDRTR00013”.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
