Resolution No. 781/2013
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 10 July 2013

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the WSE Main List of series A bearer ordinary shares of the company
PROJPRZEM S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 10,000 series A bearer ordinary shares of the company PROJPRZEM S.A., a par value PLN 1 each, coded as “PLPROJP00034” by the National Depository for Securities are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 17 July 2013 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company PROJPRZEM S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 17 July 2013 of the shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange coded as “PLPROJP00018”.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
