The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 of January 16, 2007, as amended, following the trading session on September 20, 2013 there will be a quarterly revision concerning WIG, WIG-CEE, WIG-Poland and WIG-Ukraine indices and annual revision of the WIGdiv index portfolio.

In WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-Ukraine indices all companies traded without exceptional circumstances and without MINUS 5 and Alert List segments and without the Lower Liquidity Space inclusion, which free float is higher than 10% and free float market capitalization is greater than EUR 1 million at the end of August 2013 will be included in indices portfolios.

Following the revision rules, weighting of PKOBP company will be reduced to 10% and weighting of banking sector to 30% in the WIG and WIG-Poland indices. In the WIG-Ukraine index weighting of KERNEL company will be reduced to 40%.

Following the revision rules of the WIG-CEE index, NOVAKBM will be removed from and PHOTON will be introduced into the index portfolio. Weightings of CEZ, KERNEL, KRKA, MOL, PEGAS and TATRY will be reduced to 10%.

In case of the WIGdiv annual revision, AGORA, BOGDANKA, ELBUDOWA, EMPERIA, IPOPEMA, KOGENERA, NEUCA, PGE, PKOBP, SANOK and WAWEL companies will be replaced by ASSECOSEE, BZWBK, DEBICA, EUROCASH, IMPEL, MENNICA, PELION, SYNTHOS, TAURONPE, TVN and WIELTON. Additionally weightings of BZWBK, KGHM, PEKAO and PZU companies will be reduced to 10%.

Simultaneously with the WIG index portfolio revision there will be a revision in the sector sub-indices.

The new indices’ portfolios effective after the revision are available on the WSE web site at www.wse.com.pl.
