Resolution No. 663/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 4 June 2014

concerning revocation of the Resolution No. 591/2014 of the WSE Management Board dated 20 May 2014 concerning suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company DOM MAKLERSKI IDM S.A.

§ 1

Due to the amendment to the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concerning the demand to suspend trading in shares of the company DOM MAKLERSKI IDM S.A., the WSE Management Board acting pursuant to § 30.2 of the WSE Rules, resolves to revoke the Resolution No. 591/2014 of the WSE Management Board dated 20 May 2014 concerning suspension on the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company DOM MAKLERSKI IDM S.A. Trading in shares of the company, coded as “PLIDMSA00044”, will resume starting from trading session on 5 June 2014.
 

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on 5 June 2014.
