IZOLACJA – JAROCIN (Resolution No. 1009/2014)

Resolution No. 1009/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 4 September 2014

concerning the suspension on the WSE Main List of
trading in shares of the company “IZOLACJA – JAROCIN” S.A.

§ 1

After considering motion of the company “IZOLACJA – JAROCIN” S.A. concerning the suspension of trading in shares of the company in connection with its par value change, pursuant to § 30.1.1) of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to suspend from 11 September 2014 to 24 September 2014 (inclusive) trading in shares of the company “IZOLACJA – JAROCIN” S.A., coded as “PLIZCJR00017”.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 110.10-11 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) broker’s orders for the shares of the company “IZOLACJA – JAROCIN” S.A., mentioned in § 1 above, that have been submitted to the exchange but remained unexecuted until the end of 10 September 2014 shall be cancelled after the end of trading on that day,

2) broker’s orders for the shares of the company “IZOLACJA – JAROCIN” S.A. shall not be accepted during the suspension period, mentioned in § 1 above.

§ 3

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
