of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
of 1 July 2016

In connection with the Resolution No 657/2016 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 24 June 2016, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notifies that in accordance with the completion of the share split operation, the trading in shares of PLAZA CENTERS N.V. under an abbreviated name “PLAZACNTR” and a ticker “PLZ”, will be re-opened as of 4 July 2016.

After the restoration of trading, the shares of PLAZA CENTERS N.V. in the number of 6,855,603 and nominal value equal to EUR 1 each, will be quoted under new ISIN code – NL0011882741.
