Resolution No. 1049/2015
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 15 October 2015
concerning determining the last trading date in the WSE Main List of
the rights to series K bearer ordinary shares of the company PZ CORMAY S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board determines 16 October 2015 as the last trading date of 31,861,977 rights to series K bearer ordinary shares of the company PZ CORMAY S.A., a par value PLN 1 each, coded as “PLCMRAY00086” by the National Depository for Securities.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
