Resolution No. 1195/2015
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 23 November 2015

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series I bearer ordinary shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A.

§ 1

1. Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 26 November 2015 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market 1,000,000 series I bearer ordinary shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each.

2. The introduction to exchange trading of the shares, mentioned in point 1. above, is conditional on the registration of the series I shares and their coding as “PLADVIV00015” by the National Depository for Securities on 26 November 2015.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
