Resolution No. 1282/2015
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 15 December 2015

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List
of rights to series B bearer ordinary shares
of the company KRYNICA VITAMIN S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 16 December 2015 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market 1,598,062 rights to series B bearer ordinary shares of the company KRYNICA VITAMIN S.A. a par value PLN 1.50 each, coded by the National Depository for Securities as “PLKRVTM00036”;

2) to list the rights to bearer ordinary shares of the company KRYNICA VITAMIN S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „KRVITAMIN-PDA” and the code „KVTA”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
