Resolution No. 344/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 12 April 2016

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of series A and B bearer ordinary shares
of the company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A.

§ 1

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules the following bearer ordinary shares of the company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A. a par value PLN 2.00 each, coded as “PLHDRTR00047” by the National Depository for Securities, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market:

a) 14,390 series A shares,
b) 24,700 series B shares.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 25 April 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO HYDRAULIKI SIŁOWEJ HYDROTOR S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 25 April 2016 of these shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange, coded as “PLHDRTR00013”.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
