SELVITA (Resolution No. 345/2016)

Resolution No. 345/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 12 April 2016

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of series G1 bearer ordinary shares
of the company SELVITA S.A.

§ 1

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, 327,886 series G1 bearer ordinary shares of the company SELVITA S.A. a par value PLN 0.40 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 19 April 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company SELVITA S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series G1 shares and their coding as “PLSELVT00013” by the National Depository for Securities on 19 April 2016.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
